Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai,Pune The Flexera One Administrator manages the configuration, administration, maintenance, and optimization of Flexera One or Flex Net Manager Suite. The role supports software asset management, license compliance, IT cost optimization, and accurate tracking of software, hardware, SaaS, and cloud assets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Administer Flexera One/FNMS users, roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and system configurations.

· Monitor beacons, agents, inventory collection, data imports, and platform health.

· Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Flexera beacons and discovery agents.

· Maintain integrations with ServiceNow, BMC, CMDB, ITSM, procurement, and cloud platforms.

· Configure business adapters and validate license, purchase, contract, and consumption data.

· Maintain software recognition, Technopedia mappings, entitlements, subscriptions, and purchase records.

· Support Effective License Position and Product Use Rights analysis for major publishers.





· Produce compliance, utilization, optimization, audit-readiness, and cost-saving reports.

· Identify unused or underutilized SaaS licenses and support reclamation activities.

· Collaborate with IT infrastructure, procurement, finance, security, cloud engineering, and SAM teams.

· Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 incidents involving scanning, data quality, integrations, and inventory discrepancies.

Required Qualifications:

· Three or more years of experience administering Flexera One or FlexNet Manager Suite.

· Experience with software asset management, IT asset management, license compliance, or FinOps.

· Knowledge of Windows, Linux, virtualization, and AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

· Experience with ServiceNow, BMC, CMDB, or ITSM integrations.

· Working knowledge of SQL and PowerShell.

· Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

· Robust analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
