Role Description The Floor Manager at RSB Wellness is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, Thane. responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations on the floor. This role coordinates client flow, ensures a welcoming and effective front-of-house experience, and supports clinical teams by aligning schedules and resources.

The Floor

Manager monitors service standards, resolves client concerns, and maintains high levels of cleanliness and safety across all areas. This position also involves supervising staff, supporting training and performance feedback, and collaborating with management to implement operational improvements and client experience initiatives.





Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on delivering a high-quality client experience.
- Excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients, medical staff, and support teams.
- Experience in Operations Management, overseeing daily floor activities, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Ability to conduct and support Training for front-of-house and operations staff, including onboarding and ongoing development.
- Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or clinic management preferred.
- Proven leadership skills, including team supervision, conflict resolution, and performance monitoring.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and commitment to safety and hygiene standards.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
