About the Role

V Power Logistics is looking for a hands-on Flutter Developer to build and maintain production-grade Android & iOS applications, with a solid focus on real-time GPS tracking for our fleet and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter & Dart
- Implement real-time GPS and location tracking, including foreground and background services
- Integrate Google Maps / Map SDKs — markers, routes, polylines, and geofencing
- Manage Android & iOS location permissions, GPS accuracy, and battery optimization
- Integrate REST APIs, JSON, and Firebase
- Build accurate location updates, distance calculations, and location-based features
- Debug platform-specific issues and optimize app performance
- Build, test, and deploy apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Collaborate closely with Backend, UI/UX, and QA teams
- Write clean, scalable, production-level code

Must-Have Skills

- Flutter & Dart
- GPS / Geolocation and real-time location tracking
- Background & foreground location services




- Google Maps / Map SDK, geofencing, location permissions
- REST APIs & JSON
- Firebase
- State management: Provider / Riverpod / BLoC / Cubit / GetX
- Git / version control
- Android & iOS debugging

Mandatory Requirement Candidates must have their own laptop/MacBook suitable for mobile app development. macOS access is mandatory for iOS work (Xcode, iOS Simulator, Android Studio, Flutter SDK, Android Emulator). Must be able to independently build, test, and debug on both platforms.

Good to Have

- Experience with logistics, fleet management, or delivery apps
- Driver/vehicle tracking experience
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
- WebSockets / real-time communication
- Route & distance calculation logic
- App Store / Play Store deployment experience

Ideal Candidate A self-driven problem solver who can navigate an existing codebase, troubleshoot location-related issues independently, and deliver production-ready features with minimal supervision.
