About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Flutter & Mobile Application Developer with over three years of professional experience to join our dynamic mobile engineering team. As a vital member of our development group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications tailored for iOS and Android devices.

Your role will involve building intuitive user interfaces, implementing offline-first data strategies, and integrating hardware peripherals such as Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices. Collaboration with web engineering teams will be essential to ensure feature parity and seamless user experiences across platforms. This position offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions that make a real difference.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in mobile application development, with proven expertise in both React Native and Flutter frameworks. You should have a solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, Dart,



and modern state management techniques such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.

Experience with RESTful API integration, WebSockets, and secure local storage is essential. Familiarity with native iOS and Android build environments, permissions, and platform-specific features is required. Additionally, knowledge of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) peripherals and external sensor integration is a plus.

You should demonstrate a commitment to best practices in automated testing, dependency management, and CI/CD pipelines. A solid foundation in agile methodologies, code review processes, and mobile release cycles is also necessary to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring high performance and responsiveness on both iOS and Android devices.
- Implement scalable application architecture with robust state management solutions, adhering to clean code principles and best practices.
- Create and execute automated testing suites, including unit, widget, and integration tests, to maintain high code quality and reliability.
- Develop offline-first data persistence strategies and background synchronization workflows to ensure seamless user experiences even in low or no connectivity scenarios.
- Integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) peripherals and external sensors for real-time data streaming and device communication.
- Develop native platform integrations for device permissions, hardware access,



and platform-specific capabilities to optimize app performance and functionality.
- Collaborate closely with web engineering teams to align mobile features with web applications, ensuring consistent user experiences and business logic (experience with React and React Native is a plus).
- Create intuitive, responsive user interfaces optimized for mobile and tablet devices, focusing on usability and accessibility.
- Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines, facilitating automated builds, testing, and smooth releases to app stores.
