We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Head of Finance to lead our finance function and support the company’s next phase of growth.
This is a corporate finance + strategic finance leadership role, with significant exposure to fundraising, M&A;, IPO readiness and FP&A.;
? Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall financial strategy and planning of the organisation
- Drive FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business performance analysis
- Lead fundraising initiatives across equity and debt
- Manage relationships with investors, investment bankers and financial institutions
- Lead financial evaluation and due diligence for M&A;, acquisitions and strategic investments
- Drive IPO readiness and listing process, working with investment bankers, auditors, legal advisors and other stakeholders
- Strengthen financial reporting, governance, internal controls and MIS
- Optimise cash flow, working capital, profitability and capital structure
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership on strategic business decisions
? What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Finance / Corporate Finance / Investment Banking / Big 4 / PE-VC backed organisations
- Proven experience in IPO / listing or IPO readiness
- Strong hands-on experience in fundraising and capital structuring
- Demonstrated experience in M&A;, valuation and financial due diligence
- Strong expertise in FP&A;, financial modelling and strategic planning
- Experience working with investors, investment bankers and institutional stakeholders
- Solid commercial, analytical, negotiation and leadership skills
- CA / CFA / MBA Finance preferred
