Role Description This full-time, on-site Field Sales Representative role is based in Durgapur and focuses on promoting DesignBird’s design and development courses to prospective students and partners.

The Field Sales

Representative will identify and approach potential leads through campus visits, corporate meetings, events, and local outreach, explaining course offerings and helping prospects choose suitable programs.

Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting product presentations and demos, following up on inquiries, and closing enrollments to meet individual and team targets. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with schools, colleges,



coaching centers, and other organizations, collecting market feedback, and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

- Proven field sales experience, preferably in education, training, or related services, with solid lead generation and closing abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, parents, and institutional stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills to drive enrollments and long-term partnerships.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Basic understanding of design and technology education (graphic design, UI/UX, web development) or willingness to quickly learn program details.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and common office software to track leads, activities, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Willingness to travel locally within Durgapur and surrounding areas for meetings, events, and outreach activities.
