– Field Recruiter Position: Field Recruiter – Delivery Executive Hiring Department: Talent Acquisition Experience: 0–2 Years Location: Thiruvanthapuram, Kerala Employment Type: Full time Job SummaryWe are looking for a Field Recruiter who will be responsible for hiring Delivery Boys / Delivery Executives for our various delivery operations. The candidate will be responsible for field sourcing, candidate mobilization, screening, onboarding coordination, and achieving daily/weekly hiring targets. Key ResponsibilitiesSource Delivery Boys / Delivery Executives through field visits, referrals, job portals, social media, local networks, and hiring campaigns.

Conduct daily field activities in high-potential areas to identify and attract delivery candidates. Explain the job role, salary, incentives, working hours, location, and other benefits to candidates. Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates based on business requirements.

Organize and participate in walk-in drives and local recruitment drives . Ensure selected candidates complete the required documentation and onboarding process. Follow up with candidates regularly to ensure they report on the committed Date of Joining (DOJ) .

Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing delivery manpower requirements. Coordinate with the Operations Team regarding daily manpower requirements and joining priorities. Reduce candidate back-outs, no-shows,



and dropouts through regular follow-ups and engagement.

Maintain daily recruitment data and trackers, including sourcing, interview, selection, and joining numbers. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly delivery hiring targets . Identify new sourcing points and develop local networks for continuous candidate generation.

Candidate

Requirements0–2 years of experience in field recruitment, delivery hiring, field sales, or manpower recruitment . Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with field work and travelling within the assigned location. Strong candidate convincing and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and Excel.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
