Role Description The Field Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for coordinating day-to-day transportation operations.

This role involves overseeing driver assignments, monitoring vehicle deployment, and ensuring timely execution of airport transfers, executive travel, and event-related trips.

The Field Officer will conduct on-ground checks to maintain service quality and safety standards, handle customer queries and escalations, and provide real-time updates to the operations team.

Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate trip records, supporting incident reporting,



and maintaining relationship with corporate clients and vendors/ drivers to ensure seamless travel experiences.

The role requires regular coordination with dispatch, customer support, and management to uphold TruBlack’s commitment to dependable and professional service.

Qualifications

- Experience - 1 to 2 Years
- Solid operational coordination and field management skills, including experience overseeing daily transportation or logistics activities.
- Customer service and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with corporate clients, chauffeurs, and internal teams.
- Basic data handling and documentation skills for maintaining trip logs, incident reports, and operational records.
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions in Hyderabad, with a focus on airport, business districts, and event venues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by client schedules.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety, compliance, and company service standards.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and simple digital tools for real-time trip monitoring and communication.
- Prior experience in transportation, logistics, corporate mobility, or hospitality operations is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; a degree in logistics, business, or related field is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and local languages (e.g., Telugu, Hindi) for effective on-ground communication.
