? We're Hiring: Personal Assistant Fashion Intern ( OFFICE IS IN PANCHKULA )

SPIINK is looking for a Personal Assistant Intern to work closely with the founder and support the daily operations of our growing handmade accessories brand.

This is a Work From Home internship designed for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn how an e-commerce business operates. While the internship is remote, exceptional performers will be considered for a full-time, in-office role at our Panchkula office.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Personal Assistant Intern, you'll act as a bridge between the founder and different team members, ensuring that work moves smoothly and deadlines are met. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating with our website manager and following up on website-related tasks.
- Assisting our social media manager with content planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Tracking daily tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Managing calendars, reminders,



and follow-ups.
- Conducting basic research and assisting with administrative work.
- Supporting the founder with day-to-day operational and business tasks.
- Suggesting process improvements and helping keep the business organized.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Is detail-oriented and responsible.
- Can work independently from home.
- Is comfortable with Google Sheets, Excel, Google Docs, and other productivity tools.
- Enjoys coordinating with people and managing multiple tasks.
- Is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Internship to Full-Time Opportunity The internship will be completely Work From Home. However, if you're a great fit for the team and perform well, you'll be offered the prospect to join us full-time at our Panchkula office, where your role will expand to include inventory management, operations, order fulfillment, team coordination, and other responsibilities that require an on-site presence.
