Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Façade detailer with specialized experience in curtain wall systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of unitized, semi-unitized, stick, and other façade systems, and be proficient in creating detailed shop and fabrication drawings. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating shop drawings, designing building facades, collaborating on cladding projects, and planning glazing systems.

The role will involve technical assessments, material specifications, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the Facade Designer will participate in project reviews and support the execution of high-quality, innovative exterior designs for various architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:





- Support the design and development of facade systems, including curtain walls, glazing, cladding, louvers, skylights, and other envelope elements.
- Develop detailed shop drawings,3d models and technical documentation.
- Prepare shop, fabrication, and coordination drawings related to façade elements
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings to develop exact façade elements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain proper documentation
- Update with latest façade technologies development
- Understanding of structural mechanics, thermal performance, acoustics, and waterproofing in faade systems.

- Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience specializing in façade detailing, particularly curtain wall systems
- Strong knowledge of unitized, semi-unitized, stick, and other curtain wall systems
- Familiarity with Revit is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; exposure to Rhino, Revit, Grasshopper, or other BIM/3D tools is a strong advantage.
