Qualifications

- Strong Export Documentation skills, including preparing, reviewing, and organizing shipping and customs paperwork.
- Knowledge of Export and Import Export processes, regulations, and international trade practices.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, logistics partners, and customers.
- Customer Service skills to handle queries, provide shipment updates, and resolve documentation-related concerns.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and robust organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Gautam Buddha Nagar and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic export-related software; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
