We’re hiring a Head of Buying for our client, India's leading kids' fashion brand that specializes in aspirational and affordable trends. As the Head of Buying, your responsibilities would be:
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding share of wallet.
Build and scale recent categories with best-in-class selection for every stage of a child’s journey.
Lead and mentor a team of 15–20 buyers, fostering innovation and customer focus.
Own assortment strategy and supply planning to maximize selection and profitability.

Requirements
Strong buying/merchandising experience in fast-paced environments.
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain- from fabric and design to production and sell-through.




Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and commercial instinct.
Proven ability to build strong, win-win vendor and factory partnerships.
Action-oriented leader who simplifies complexity and delivers results.
Experience in e-commerce or online retail preferred.
