About Hector Beverages Pvt. Ltd.
Established in 2010 in India, Hector Beverages rose to prominence with its signature brand, the Paper Boat, a ready-to-drink beverage that encapsulates the essence of traditional Indian flavors. The inception of Hector Beverages was driven by the founders' vision to bridge the market void for traditional Indian drinks and to present the world with a taste of India's rich cultural beverages.

Over the past decade, Hector Beverages has expanded its product line to include fruit juices, coconut water, and iconic Indian beverages such as Aam panna and Jal-jeera and foods & dry fruits which includes products such as Chikki, Aam Papad, range of raw, roasted, and flavored dry fruits that includes mix of nuts, berries & seeds. The brand is synonymous with distinctive flavors and premium ingredients. Furthermore, the firm's commitment to quality and innovation is evidenced by its extensive infrastructure of nine dedicated factories (and counting) for Paper Boat products, providing direct employment to approximately 900 individuals and indirect employment to another 2000.

KEY DELIVERABLES
- Leading the Quality agenda including Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Food Safety to achieve and exceed business performance targets through the implementation and delivery of the organization’s strategic agenda.
- Understands and manages the Units Quality &
- Food Safety (Q&FS;) objectives.
- Ensure implementation Q&FS; initiatives to meet business goals.
- Represent as a key member of the Company Incident Management Team.
- Manage escalated, difficult or complex issues.
- Coordinate for quality and food safety risk mitigations.
- Engage and influence top management to ensure positive outcomes.
- Network in the industry to ensure the development of Q&FS; best practice across organization.
- Co-ordinate Q&FS; activities across other business functions and with key stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting by sites against business KPI’s
- Report KPI’ results for Q&FS; and make recommendations to senior management
- Develop and implement performance measurement tools and benchmarks (KPI’s).
- Implement reporting systems in accordance with company policies.
- Drive a continuous improvement culture through aggressive review of site performance.
- Develop and implement training programs for Organization, aligned to the quality and food safety requirements.
- Provide guidance, direction and development training to team members.
- Coaching and supporting representatives/managers in delivery of the Q&FS; agenda.
- Conduct performance management of subordinate staff within the human resources guidelines
- Ensure all Q&FS; and risk engineering aspects are appropriately identified in all projects and capital investments.
- Observe and maintain the company’s policies and procedures.
- Manage regulatory compliance w.r.t. fssai and legal metrology.
- Manage quality in retail.
- Manage customer feedback/complaints with RCA and CAPA.
