Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Associate/Senior Executive Associate based in Mumbai, with some work from home acceptable. The day-to-day tasks include providing administrative support, managing communications, scheduling meetings, and overseeing special projects. The role also involves coordinating with different departments,



assisting in report preparation, and handling confidential information.

Qualifications

- Administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Solid interpersonal and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A masters degree preferred.
- Ability to travel within and outside of India at short notice.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
