Responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing resource utilization, and supervising junior staff. You will play a key role in Scaling up chemical processes from lab to pilot plant level. This is a senior-level position requiring solid technical expertise and leadership skills within a world-class manufacturing environment.M.Sc.
Chemistry or B.E. Chemical degree 7 to 9 years of relevant industrial experience Proven track record in Pilot Plant or Distillation operations Minimum two years stability in at least one previous organization Excellent process troubleshooting and leadership abilities
