Role Description The Executive – Performance Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to support healthcare and life sciences clients. Daily activities include developing campaign strategies, conducting market and audience research, managing paid media (such as search and social ads), tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports and insights for stakeholders.

The executive will collaborate with sales, marketing,



and consulting teams to align campaigns with business objectives, improve lead generation, and enhance brand visibility. The role also includes monitoring industry trends, testing new performance marketing tactics, and ensuring data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong market planning and marketing skills, with the ability to design and manage performance-focused campaigns.
- Proficiency in market research and audience analysis to inform campaign strategy and targeting.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting performance insights.
- Sales and marketing acumen to support lead generation and conversion goals.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and campaign optimization tools.
- Analytical mindset with competence in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards) to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital/performance marketing are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Prior experience in healthcare, life sciences, or consulting domains is preferred but not mandatory.
