We are looking for a qualified Legal Advisor with 3–6 years of experience in the real estate industry, specifically in residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling post legal documentation, property due diligence, RERA compliance, contract management, litigation coordination, and providing legal support for land acquisition and project execution activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Track completion of legal requirements and statutory compliances.
- Ensure pending observations are closed within defined timelines.
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents including Sale Agreements, Construction Agreements, Lease Agreements, MoUs, and Vendor Contracts
- Ensure compliance with RERA, local land laws, municipal approvals, and statutory regulations
- Handle legal notices, customer disputes, litigation matters, and legal correspondence
- Support land acquisition activities and verify ownership documents, approvals,



and encumbrance records
- Provide legal advice and risk assessment related to residential projects and transactions
- Maintain legal records, agreements, and case documentation systematically
- Support internal departments such as Sales, CRM, Projects, and Procurement on legal matters

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, RERA regulations, and property documentation
- Experience in residential real estate projects and land-related matters
- Valuable drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle litigation coordination and compliance activities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Educational Qualification

- LLB / LLM from a recognized university
- Bar Council enrollment will be an added advantage
