Description:

The role is responsible for designing, planning, and supporting construction of facility-related projects, with a focus on HVAC systems, environmental controls, and cleanroom infrastructure. The role ensures effective maintenance of HVAC equipment, machinery, buildings, and facility utilities, supporting protected, compliant, and reliable operations. The position contributes to planning, budgeting, and scheduling HVAC and facility modifications, including estimating equipment, labor, materials, and associated costs.

The role supports coordination of building space allocation, HVAC layout planning, communication services, and facility expansion initiatives, ensuring temperature, humidity, and air quality compliance. The position also supports implementation of health and safety standards, regulatory compliance, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives, strengthening facility reliability, energy efficiency, sustainability, and audit readiness.

Essential Functions:

- Support HVAC and Utility Systems Qualification, Operation & Maintenance
- Execute maintenance planning & execution and preventive maintenance schedules
- Perform troubleshooting & repair of HVAC and air handling systems
- Monitor and control Building Management Systems (BMS) parameters
- Support facility design & construction and HVAC infrastructure upgrades
- Assist in facility expansion & capital projects related to HVAC
- Optimize energy efficiency optimization and HVAC system performance
- Support utilities management, including chilled water and ventilation systems
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and safety engineering & risk assessment
- Maintain technical documentation, HVAC logs, and compliance records




- Support vendor management & procurement and contractor coordination
- Participate in quality & audit readiness and regulatory inspections

Education:

- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) B.Tech - Required

- Master Degree (MS/MA) M.Tech - Preferred

Experience:

- 5 years or more in 5 - 8 Years
