The Executive will play a vital role in managing and executing strategic initiatives for the CLM Domestic Diversified | Inbound department. They will work closely with the department head and other key stakeholders to develop and implement plans that align with the company's overall goals. This position requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality performance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve department objectives, in line with the company's vision.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Monitor and analyze department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Oversee the implementation of new processes and systems, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into department strategies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or department.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
