About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Event Sales Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries and leads generated through Meta Ads and other digital marketing channels, understanding client requirements, following up with prospects and converting qualified leads into confirmed business.

This is a sales and conversion-focused role, so strong communication, follow-up discipline, persuasion and closing skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to Meta-generated leads and inbound inquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Make timely follow-up calls to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements including event type, guest count, location, date and budget.
- Present suitable event planning and hospitality solutions to prospective clients.
- Convert qualified leads into meetings, site visits and confirmed bookings.




- Follow up consistently with interested and undecided prospects.
- Handle customer questions, objections and negotiations professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales, event planning and operations teams during the conversion process.
- Meet monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
- Ensure every assigned lead is properly followed up and updated.
- Build positive relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales process.

- Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, lead conversion, telecalling or client handling, preferably within the event management, hospitality, wedding planning, travel or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries.
- Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
- Candidates with experience in event management, hospitality, wedding planning, travel or related industries will have an advantage.
