Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data integration and warehousing solutions. The ideal candidate will be an expert in building high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend, focusing on creating scalable data architectures across diverse environments. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to transform raw data from various sources into reliable, high-quality analytical datasets within up-to-date cloud and on-premises ecosystems.

Pipeline Engineering Design, develop, and optimize complex ETL/ELT jobs using Talend. Build modular, reusable jobs with multiple sub-flows to support advanced extraction and transformation logic. Data Ingestion & Replication Implement efficient data replication strategies to ensure seamless data flow between source systems and target platforms.

Warehouse Architecture

Design and maintain schemas, tables, and data models (Star, Snowflake, SCD Type I/II) within various Data Platforms.

Data Lifecycle Management

Lead the loading and validation of historical data during initial builds and large-scale migrations between legacy systems and modern Cloud Platforms.





Cloud Integration Leverage Cloud

Platform services to build scalable, resilient, and cost-effective data warehousing solutions. Quality & Governance Perform rigorous data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks. Conduct peer code reviews and unit testing to ensure adherence to firm-wide development best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications Talend Mastery 4-6+ years of hands-on experience in Talend for ETL/ELT development, including advanced job design, component usage, and performance tuning.

Data Platform Expertise

Strong experience in managing structured and semi-structured datasets within major Data Platforms.

Data Modeling

Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, including Dimensional Modeling, Fact/Dimension tables, and Slowly Changing Dimensions.

Cloud Literacy

Practical experience working within Cloud Platforms in a data engineering or warehousing context. SQL Proficiency Expert-level SQL skills for data analysis, transformation, and query optimization. Working knowledge of Python or scripting for task automation and advanced data processing.
