Estimation Engineer – Façade

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- :Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- .Prepare quantity take-offs for façade, glazing, aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, and cladding systems
- .Estimate material, labor, and subcontractor costs
- .Obtain quotations from suppliers and vendors
- .Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
- .Analyze project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities
- .Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
- .Prepare tender submissions and technical-commercial proposals
- .Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records
- .Support project handover after award

.Required Skills

- :Knowledge of façade systems, curtain walls, glazing, ACP cladding, aluminum windows, and doors




- .Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
- .Quantity surveying and BOQ preparation
- .Cost estimation and budgeting
- .Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD
- .Knowledge of ERP/software such as SAP, Primavera, or estimation tools is an advantage

.Qualifications

- :B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related field
- .2–8 years of experience in façade, glazing, aluminum window, or construction estimation
