The Opportunity:

The ESG Specialist will be an integral part of our core team and work towards conceptualising and executing our content and automation strategy across different frameworks. You will harmonise your passion and knowledge of ESG with our digital team's ability to harness automation and AI and together create easy-to-use SaaS solutions. Success will be defined by our ability to make an impact on a global scale.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

- ESG Project Management: This would include working with our clients,



as they traverse their ESG journey using GovEVA
- Developing and strengthening our domain knowledge and practice of ESG
- Research and thought leadership in developing methodologies and in adapting different ESG frameworks to our digital platform
- Creating and publishing thought work and blogs to take a leadership position in the Digital ESG market
- Work with the marketing team to develop digital knowledge materials – primers, collaterals, etc.

Requirements:

Other than the knowledge and passion for the ESG domain, we are looking for someone who has the drive to learn and grow with us as we disrupt the global market together. We expect:

- A minimum of 3-7 years of relevant work experience relating to sustainability / ESG or in the Environment / Social sector, along with data interpretation skills. Prior experience in client management is a big plus.
- Advanced university degree ideally in environmental science, sustainability, or economics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Analytical thinking
