Role Description The ERP Engineer will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s ERP systems to support production, inventory, and supply chain processes. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad includes collaborating closely with production, planning, finance, and procurement teams to understand requirements, translate them into system workflows, and resolve functional or technical issues. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring ERP performance, managing user access and training, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards,



and coordinating with vendors or IT partners for upgrades and integrations.

The ERP Engineer will also support process improvement initiatives, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to system documentation and compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Planning and Production Planning skills to align ERP configurations with manufacturing and supply chain workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities to monitor system performance, interpret data, and manage ERP-related initiatives.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and provide user support and training.
- Relevant experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment (e.g., plastics, chemicals, or similar sectors) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic system administration, along with familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization, is an advantage.
- Ability to work systematically, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a quick-paced production setting.
