Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Equity Dealer role based in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area.

The Equity

Dealer will execute equity trades on behalf of clients, ensuring timely order placement, best execution, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities include monitoring market movements, managing client positions, handling trade confirmations, and updating clients on their portfolios and market developments. The role involves coordinating with research and advisory teams to relay investment ideas,



supporting branch sales initiatives, and using trading platforms and tools efficiently.

The Equity

Dealer will also be expected to maintain high standards of customer service, maintain accurate records, and contribute to achieving branch and business targets.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of the stock market and trading, with practical exposure to order execution and market operations.
- Solid knowledge of equities and equity products, including cash market, derivatives exposure (if applicable), and portfolio handling.
- Foundational expertise in finance and investments, including risk management, asset allocation, and market fundamentals.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to explain market concepts clearly to clients.
- Comfort with trading software and digital platforms; proficiency in MS Excel and other basic office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, market-driven workplace with attention to detail and strong ethical standards.
- Regulatory certifications (e.g., NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives or other SEBI-mandated certifications) are preferred or should be obtained within required timelines.
