We are looking for a senior sales qualified to drive B2B account acquisition for Qurocity. This role is focused on expanding our footprint in the language services industry and securing enterprise contracts for specialized workforce solutions, specifically targeting niche manpower required for AI and LLM operations.
What You Will Do
- Drive Account Acquisition: Identify, engage, and close enterprise deals within the language services and AI/data operations sectors.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the specific, niche manpower requirements of AI and LLM companies and map Qurocity’s delivery capabilities to their needs.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a healthy pipeline of B2B prospects, taking ownership of the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation.
- Market Strategy:
Identify emerging trends in AI workforce requirements and language services to position Qurocity as a preferred talent and service partner.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the delivery and talent acquisition teams to ensure client requirements are met smoothly post-sale.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in language services, enterprise staffing, or AI data services.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles and dealing directly with enterprise decision-makers.
- A strong understanding of workforce dynamics, especially regarding niche roles in the AI and LLM space.
- Direct, clear communication skills without the reliance on sales jargon.
- Ability to work independently and own revenue targets.
