Real estate runs on land — and land is still bought and sold on gut, guesswork, and scattered paperwork. We're changing that. Our SaaS platform brings data, speed, and clarity to how land is acquired and sold, and the market is moving fast. We're hiring an Account Executive to turn that momentum into revenue.
You'll own the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation to close — selling to enterprise clients across the real estate ecosystem: developers, land aggregators, and large enterprises.
This is a pure hunter role. You carry a direct revenue quota, no reports. It's built for someone who has sold complex enterprise software and can quickly get up to speed on a current domain. You'll work directly with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy while owning your number.
What You'll Do
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build and manage your own pipeline of enterprise clients
- Run the full sales cycle end to end: prospecting, discovery, demos,
negotiation, and close
- Sell to senior stakeholders (VP/C-level) at target accounts
- Translate the platform's capabilities into clear business value for customer use cases
- Partner directly with founders, product, and marketing to sharpen positioning and channel field feedback
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in the CRM
What You Bring
Required
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, carrying and hitting a personal quota
- Track record closing multi-stakeholder, enterprise sales cycles
- Strong consultative, solution-selling skills
- Sharp negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into large enterprise accounts
- Familiarity with the real estate / land acquisition industry
- Exposure to proptech or real estate software
