Key Responsibilities
Act as a client spokesperson/representative for company.
Communicate clearly and confidently with clients in person and over calls.
Explain company services and address basic client queries professionally.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams when required.
Maintain a polite, respectful, and professional demeanor always.
Represent the company positively during meetings and discussions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Retired professionals encouraged to apply (ex-government, banking, corporate, PSU, or similar backgrounds preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, presentable, and courteous personality.
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Basic comfort with phone calls and simple documentation.
