Help process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely deliver
coordination with labs or logistics to prepare and send fragrance samples
Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams (sales, production, customer service, regulatory).
Field inquiries via email or phone and resolve any order or product issues
Update sales forecasts, track performance (sell-in, sell-out), and prepare regular reports or presentations
Support commercial or area managers with planning, especially around promotions or recent launches.
Monitor project timelines and progress, ensure deadlines are met, and anticipate potential roadblocks.
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, launch events, or sampling initiatives.
Requirements
Experience of minimum 1 year as a Sales Coordinator
