Title: Enterprise Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Architect to drive technology strategy, architecture, solution design, and transformation initiatives across complex enterprise environments.

The role will partner closely with customers, business leaders, technology stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable, secure, resilient, and commercially viable technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong consulting-led mindset, deep expertise in up-to-date enterprise architecture, and the ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on technical levels. The role will also play a key part in shaping technology capabilities, supporting strategic sales pursuits, driving innovation, and mentoring senior and emerging technologists.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enterprise Architecture & Solution Strategy: Define end-to-end architecture strategies and technology solutions aligned to business objectives, enterprise standards, and long-term technology roadmaps.
- Client Advisory & Consulting: Engage with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges,



provide technology thought leadership, and shape pragmatic solution strategies.
- AI & Agentic Transformation: Architect and drive AI-first and Agentic AI solutions across business and engineering domains, with hands-on experience taking solutions from POC/prototype through production and enterprise scale.
- Sales & Solutioning: Actively participate in strategic sales pursuits, RFPs, and proposals by shaping solution architecture, defining technical approaches, estimating effort, identifying skill requirements, and articulating value to clients.
- Architecture & Engineering Leadership: Provide technical direction across engagements and establish the right architecture principles, engineering practices, delivery methodologies, and governance mechanisms to ensure successful outcomes.
- Technical Problem Solving: Act as a senior technical authority, quickly identifying and resolving complex architectural and engineering challenges across engagements.
- Modernization & Transformation: Lead legacy modernization, cloud transformation, cloud migration, platform modernization, and application transformation initiatives.
- Technology Capability Building: Identify emerging technologies and establish new technical capabilities, frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets that strengthen the organization's technology portfolio.
- Thought Leadership & Mentoring: Develop technology points of view, contribute to architecture communities, and mentor architects and senior technologists to build a strong engineering and architecture talent pipeline.

Must-Have Experience & Expertise:

- 18–24 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Product Engineering, Technology Consulting, and large-scale solutioning.
- Proven ability to define and execute enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business vision, technology strategy, and organizational objectives.

- Must have proven hands-on experience architecting and productionizing Agentic AI solutions, with the ability to take AI/LLM-based solutions from POC to secure, scalable, enterprise-grade production environments.
- Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI architectures, including AI agents, LLM orchestration, RAG, tool/function calling, AI workflows, and enterprise system integration.
- Demonstrated experience in legacy transformation, application modernization, and cloud migration across complex enterprise landscapes.
- Hands-on experience with one or more API Management / API Gateway platforms, preferably two, such as MuleSoft, Apigee, WSO2, AWS API Gateway, Kong, or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on understanding of Java, Spring Boot, containers, SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, observability/APM, and cloud-native application development.
- Strong experience with structured and unstructured data platforms, including technologies such as MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB or equivalent.
- Proven experience architecting high-scale, high-performance products and platforms, including PaaS and SaaS architectures.
- Strong experience applying Domain-Driven Design to complex enterprise applications and distributed systems.
- Experience building recent technology capabilities, platforms, frameworks, and reusable engineering assets.
- Strong track record of providing technical leadership for RFPs, proposals, solution presentations, and strategic sales engagements.
- Proven ability to lead consulting-led client conversations, influence senior stakeholders, and translate business requirements into compelling technology solutions.

Good to Have:

- Experience architecting mobile-first applications, including native and hybrid application ecosystems.
- Exposure to emerging technologies and the ability to evaluate their enterprise applicability, business value, and architectural implications
