Job Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and launch of new AI/ML services, platforms, and major features from concept to production.
- Build, scale, and operate ML platforms and large-scale production ML systems.
- Manage and mentor engineering teams, including people management responsibilities.
- Engage with customers in solution architecture, technical consulting, professional services, and managed services engagements.
- Drive technical discussions with customer engineering teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Support pre-sales and solution engineering activities, including:
- Technical proposal development
- Effort estimation
- Solution design
- Customer demonstrations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements in AI/ML environments.
- Evaluate technical designs, review code, and make architectural decisions for AI/ML platforms.
- Optimize GPU infrastructure utilization, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Establish best practices for CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, and MLOps.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in MLOps platforms including Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, and Dagster.
- Expertise in cloud AI/ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Proven experience building and operating large-scale production ML platforms and systems.
- Strong knowledge of model serving technologies such as KServe, Seldon, Triton, or vLLM.
- Experience managing and optimizing GPU infrastructure, including NVIDIA CUDA, MIG/vGPU, and Kubernetes GPU scheduling.




- Solid proficiency in Python with the ability to review code and drive architectural decisions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Customer-facing experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, professional services, or managed services.
- Proven engineering leadership experience, including team management, mentoring, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with pre-sales activities, including technical proposals, effort estimation, and customer demonstrations.
- Strong understanding of compliance and governance frameworks such as SOC 2, GDPR/DPDP, ISO 27001, and Model Risk Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

- B. Tech Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Software, Data, or ML Engineering.
- 2+ years of engineering team management or technical leadership experience.
- Experience building and scaling production ML platforms and AI/ML systems.
- Customer-facing experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Professional Services.
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms and managed services.
- Exposure to pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposals, and estimations.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, GDPR/DPDP, and ISO 27001.
- Knowledge of India's AI ecosystem, sovereign cloud, and data residency requirements.
- Open-source contributions or technical thought leadership are a plus.
