We are seeking an experienced Account Delivery Leader with 20+ years of experience in managing large global teams from offshore and expertise in the Lifesciences domain. This leadership role will involve overseeing the delivery of multiple projects and programs for a key Lifesciences client, managing delivery, P&L;, team performance, hiring, RFPs, supporting client and stakeholder communications in collaboration with the Onsite Engagement Partner, Client Partner and offshore Delivery Partners. Based in offshore Chennai, India, the Account Delivery Leader will ensure seamless delivery operations while leading a diverse, high-performing team and staying current with the latest technology trends.
Key Responsibilities
Program and Project Delivery Management:
End-to-End Delivery Management:
Oversee the successful delivery of multiple complex programs and projects for the life sciences client across various areas such as discovery, Pre-clinical, R&D;, Mfg, commercial, patient centricity, cloud transformation, digital transformation and regulatory compliance.
Project Execution: Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards by bringing in productivity using automation and gen AI tools and accelerators.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues and take corrective actions to keep projects on track and mitigate any potential roadblocks.
