: Canon image RUNNER Series Photocopier Engineer

Position Summary

- Responsible for installation, repair, maintenance, and technical support of Canon imageRUNNER (iR / iR-ADV / iRC) multifunction devices.
- Handle breakdown calls, preventive maintenance, network configuration, and ensure SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure Canon photocopiers including network, scan, and print features.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and image-quality issues.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document reports.
- Configure drivers, scanning, SMB, LDAP, and email settings.
- Communicate professionally with customers and update service reports.
- Manage spare parts responsibly and follow company SOPs.





Skills & Qualifications

- Knowledge of Canon iR & iR-ADV series troubleshooting.
- Understanding of LAN, DHCP, IP settings, SMB, FTP, email scan.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
- Experience with models like iR 2525, 2006N, 2425, 2725, iR ADV 4525, 4825, iRC3326 Color is preferred.
