Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and repair electronic devices and PCBs up to component level.
- Perform SMD soldering/desoldering and component replacement.
- Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution as per defined TAT.
- Maintain service records and update SAP/CRM in real time.
- Manage service spare parts and ensure proper consumption and inventory control.
- Coordinate with the Central Service/Technical team for complex issues.
- Maintain proper repair quality and minimize repeat complaints.
- Prepare and submit required service reports on time.
- Follow defined service processes, safety and 6S standards.
- Travel to customer locations as required.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of electronic components and circuits.
- Hands-on experience in PCB troubleshooting and SMD soldering.
- Knowledge of DMM, Oscilloscope and Power Supply.
- Basic computer knowledge; SAP/CRM knowledge will be an advantage.

Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Electronics or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in electronics servicing, repair or field service.
- Freshers with strong practical electronics knowledge may also be considered.
