As an Enabling Apps - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Operations Consulting group, specifically within the Connected Supply Chain. You will be at the forefront of delivering client support, leveraging your skills to enhance supply chain operations and drive efficiency. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to analyze complex issues and develop deliverables within client service engagements.

You will have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Management Consulting network, working within our Operations practice. You will navigate complex situations, using your technical strengths to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Support client engagements in the design and improvement of integrated planning processes across demand, supply planning, inventory management,



and S&OP.;
- Perform analytical assessments to evaluate planning performance, forecast accuracy, service levels, capacity utilization, and inventory health.
- Develop data-driven insights and models that support scenario analysis, planning optimization, and decision-making.
- Support cross-functional workshops with client teams to define requirements, validate findings, and co-develop future-state planning processes.
- Translate business requirements into APS system configuration needs.
- Support configuration of planning applications (e.g., o9, Kinaxis), including master data setup, planning logic, and scenario modeling.
- Support development of data mapping documents, linking source (ERP/legacy systems) fields to APS data models (e.g., o9, Kinaxis).
- Assist in building and maintaining integration test cases to validate data flows between ERP, data lake, and APS systems.
- Collaborate with data and digital teams to ensure that analytics solutions and tools are aligned with business planning needs (without direct configuration responsibilities).
- Prepare high-quality deliverables, including analytical reports, presentations, and process documentation.
- Contribute to business case development, quantifying the potential impact of process and planning improvements.
- Participate in internal capability-building initiatives, such as developing accelerators, frameworks, and thought leadership on integrated planning and analytics

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree




- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or Python)
- Exposure to at least one APS platform (e.g., o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP).
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with large, complex, and unstructured datasets, performing cleaning, transformation, and validation.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced consulting environments and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
