Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Embedded Systems Engineer (Hardware + Firmware) role located in Bhiwandi (Thane District; Mumbai). The engineer will design, develop, and test embedded hardware and firmware for recent and existing products, including schematics review, component selection, and board-level integration.

Responsibilities include implementing and debugging embedded software, integrating sensors and communication modules, and optimizing systems for performance, reliability, and energy efficiency. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing documentation, and supporting prototyping, validation, and certification activities. The engineer will also troubleshoot issues, participate in design reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop embedded firmware using C/C++ for ARM, STM32, ESP32, AVR, or PIC microcontrollers.
- Design and review embedded hardware schematics and assist in PCB development.
- Interface sensors, displays, actuators, and peripheral devices.
- Implement communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, USB, and RS-485.
- Debug firmware and hardware using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
- Perform board bring-up, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams during product development.
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and firmware release notes.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Embedded C/C++ programming.
- Experience with ESP32, STM32, AVR, PIC, or ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers.
- Knowledge of digital and analog electronics.
- Understanding of PCB schematics and basic PCB layout concepts.
- Familiarity with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I²C, CAN).
- Experience using debugging tools such as JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
- Basic understanding of RTOS and version control (Git) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Embedded Systems, Electrical & Electronics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in embedded hardware and firmware development.
