A technically strong, hands-on engineer who is comfortable working across ASW and BSW, has excellent Embedded C programming skills, and can understand, develop, debug and validate MATLAB/Simulink-based automotive software.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in Embedded C programming.
- Strong experience in ASW & BSW development and integration.
- Good hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink and Stateflow.
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic architecture, BSW, MCAL, RTE and CDD.
- Strong understanding of microcontrollers, real-time embedded systems and ECU software development.
- Experience with CAN/CAN FD and UDS (ISO 14229).
- Knowledge of Bootloader, NvM and diagnostics.
- Experience with Model-Based Development, auto-code generation and software validation.
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills using CANoe/CANalyzer/CANape,
Lauterbach or similar tools.
- Knowledge of MISRA C, ASPICE and ISO 26262.
Preferred Experience:Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- EV Motor Control / PMSM
- Battery Management Systems (BMS)
- Traction Inverters
- On-Board Chargers (OBC)
- DC-DC Converters
- Automotive ECU Development
Experience with FOC, torque/speed control, derating, fault management or control algorithm development will be an added advantage. The second resume demonstrates this combination of ASW/BSW, Embedded C, Simulink, AUTOSAR and motor-control development particularly well. Experience:1–3 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development.
