Role Description This is a full-time Electronics Engineer role based in Nagpur with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Electronics

Engineer will design and develop electronic weighing and automation systems, including circuit design, component selection, and integration of electronic and electrical subsystems. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing schematics, collaborating with cross-functional teams on product development, and supporting installation and commissioning of equipment at customer sites. The role involves performing testing,



troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance with relevant standards.

The Electronics

Engineer will also prepare technical documentation, support after-sales service teams, and contribute to ongoing product improvements and innovation.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge and practical experience in Electronic Engineering and Electronics.
- Strong Circuit Design skills, including schematic creation, PCB design collaboration, and component selection.
- Understanding of Electrical Engineering principles relevant to power supplies, protection, and industrial automation interfaces.
- Hands-on Testing skills for electronic systems, including functional, performance, and reliability testing.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, datasheets, and industry standards.
- Proficiency with common EDA tools and test instruments (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and safety practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with design, production, and service teams.
- Experience in industrial automation or weighing systems is an advantage.
