Role Description The Electrical Technician will work full time on-site in the Pune Division, supporting the design, assembly, testing, and maintenance of electrical control systems and test benches.

Responsibilities include installing and wiring electrical equipment, performing routine electrical maintenance, and conducting functional tests on PLC and computer-based systems according to defined procedures and customer requirements. The role involves troubleshooting electrical issues, identifying root causes,



and implementing corrective actions to ensure safe and efficient operation of test benches and related equipment.

The Electrical

Technician will collaborate with engineers and production teams to follow quality plans, maintain documentation, and comply with internal and customer quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong practical knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering fundamentals, with the ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
- Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and working with various electrical equipment in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems, diagnosing faults, and performing repairs in a safe and timely manner.
- Familiarity with PLC-based and computer-based control systems, test benches, and basic instrumentation is an advantage.
- Relevant technical diploma, trade certification, or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Understanding of safety standards and quality assurance practices in an ISO-compliant environment.
- Ability to work in office in a team-oriented setting, follow structured procedures, and maintain accurate technical records.
- Prior experience in wiring harness assembly, electrical panel assembly, or industrial automation will be considered beneficial.
