Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise electrical works at the construction site.
- Installation and maintenance of electrical systems, including LT panels, DBs, cables, lighting, earthing and electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts and specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, HVAC, plumbing and other site teams.
- Monitor electrical work as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
- Supervise subcontractors, electricians and workers at site.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material requirement reports and work completion reports.
- Check material quality and quantity received at site.
- Ensure proper cable laying, cable termination,
earthing and testing.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate with consultants/clients for approvals.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and site safety procedures.
- Support testing, commissioning and handover of electrical systems.
- Maintain proper documentation of electrical works and test reports.
Required Skills:
- Positive knowledge of electrical installation and building services.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and BOQ.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of testing & commissioning.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in residential/commercial/high-rise building projects will be preferred.
