Role Description The Educational Video Content Creator will design, script, and produce engaging video content for PPStack’s AI-powered learning platforms, crash courses, bootcamps, and career programs. This full-time remote role involves researching topics in areas such as AI, GenAI, Python, SQL, Cloud, Data Science, and related subjects, then transforming complex concepts into clear, concise, and visually compelling educational videos.

The Content

Creator will collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and marketing teams to align video content with learning objectives, curricula, and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include planning video series, creating storyboards, recording and editing video and audio, adding graphics and animations,



and optimizing content for different platforms and audiences. The role also includes analyzing learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve content quality, accessibility, and engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in educational video production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, and editing with common tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Experience in instructional design or online course creation, with the ability to break down complex technical topics (e.g., AI, Data Science, Programming) into clear, learner-friendly explanations.
- Proficiency in basic visual design and motion graphics for educational content (e.g., easy animations, on-screen text, slides, and diagrams).
- Comfort working with digital platforms and EdTech tools, including LMS or e-learning platforms, screen recording tools, and collaboration software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity, accuracy, and inclusive language tailored to diverse global learners.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, innovation-focused setting.
- Background in education, instructional design, media production, computer science, data science, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience creating educational content for YouTube, MOOCs, EdTech platforms, or corporate training is a plus.
