We’re scaling our category strategy to dominate emerging verticals and drive revenue through intelligent merchandising, supplier partnerships, and learner-centric product design. Role & Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end category performance — from content sourcing and vendor negotiations to pricing, bundling, and promotion strategy.
- Build and execute category growth plans using data-driven insights on learner demand, competitor offerings, and ROI metrics.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to design learner-first experiences that boost conversion, retention, and LTV.
- Manage supplier relationships — onboard, onboard, and optimize partnerships with content creators, coaching platforms, and certification bodies.
- Launch and optimize category-specific campaigns (promotions, bundles,



cohorts) to drive enrollment and revenue.
- Monitor category P&L;, KPIs (conversion rate, CAC, LTV, churn), and adjust strategy in real-time to meet targets.
