Role Description The Edtech Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, focused on inside sales for immediate joiners. In this role, the team member will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective learners and parents, understand their requirements, and present suitable EdTech products and services. Daily activities include explaining product features, conducting virtual demos, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

The role also involves coordinating with marketing and operations teams, responding to customer queries, and ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the sales cycle.



The position offers a fixed compensation of 5 LPA, tied to clear performance expectations and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

- Strong general Carpentry skills with the ability to understand structural requirements and basic construction principles.
- Proficiency in using Hand Tools and Power Tools safely and efficiently to support installation or setup tasks when required.
- Experience with Framing work, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately.
- Knowledge of Finish Carpentry techniques, ensuring neat, precise, and professional outcomes for any physical setups or displays.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to explain complex EdTech solutions clearly and confidently.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven sales environment, preferably in inside sales or telesales.
- Comfort with using CRM or sales tracking software and basic computer applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant sales or EdTech experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage a high volume of calls, and maintain a professional, customer-centric approach.
