Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing product listings on ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate content, pricing, and inventory details.

The Ecommerce

Specialist will monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer engagement. Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and customer service teams, handling customer inquiries and escalations related to online orders, and maintaining consistent communication with internal stakeholders.



The role also involves supporting promotional campaigns, tracking competitor activity, and identifying opportunities to enhance overall ecommerce operations.

Qualifications
