Gush Beauty is a fun, functional, and fuss-free beauty brand. From India’s first whipped body wash mousse to innovative makeup and skincare, we’re building products people genuinely enjoy using.

As we scale across D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce, and retail, we’re looking for someone to work directly with the founders and drive growth across our e-commerce business.

What You’ll Do

Work closely with the founders on business strategy and growth initiatives.

Own and grow our marketplace and quick-commerce business across Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart, Myntra & more.

Identify revenue opportunities across channels and drive them end-to-end.

Own platform growth, launches, promotions, catalogue, pricing, merchandising and partnerships.

Track sales, profitability, SKU performance and key business metrics.

Drive inventory planning, forecasting and replenishment in collaboration with the operations team.

Build MIS, dashboards and business reviews to turn data into actionable decisions.

Coordinate with marketing, finance, supply chain,



operations and external agencies.

Take complete ownership of projects from idea → execution → results.

What We’re Looking For

3–6+ years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, consumer brands or beauty.

Solid hands-on experience with marketplaces and/or quick commerce.

Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel, data, P&L; and business metrics.

Understanding of inventory, margins, forecasting and e-commerce economics.

Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills.

Someone who is high ownership, entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus Points

Experience scaling a D2C or beauty brand.

Quick-commerce experience.

Understanding of marketplace advertising/performance marketing.

- Previous experience working closely with founders or leadership teams.
