Role Description The Ecommerce Accounts Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in North Delhi. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing accounts on various ecommerce marketplaces and platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility. The role includes monitoring sales performance, analyzing key metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate catalog data, timely order processing, and effective customer service.

Manager will liaise with marketplace representatives, resolve operational issues, and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve ratings, and enhance brand presence online. The role also involves regular reporting, competitor analysis, and adherence to platform policies and company guidelines.

Qualifications

- Experience managing ecommerce marketplace accounts (such as product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination).
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities, including comfort with sales data, performance metrics, and basic Excel or similar tools.
- Knowledge of ecommerce operations, order processing workflows, and customer service practices.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external platform stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in fashion or retail ecommerce is an advantage.
