E-commerce Executive – Shopify & Growth

KPA Apparels Private Limited is looking for a results-driven E-commerce Executive to take ownership of our Shopify store and support the growth of our D2C fashion business.

This is a growth-focused role that goes beyond routine e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for improving website performance, increasing conversion rates, managing campaigns, optimizing the customer journey, and supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize the Shopify store end-to-end
- Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, collections, and SEO
- Improve product pages, landing pages, navigation, and checkout flow to increase conversions
- Apply CRO and UI/UX best practices and support A/B testing initiatives
- Plan and execute offers, discounts, coupon strategies, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate product videos, banners, infographics, and website creatives
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rate, Average Order Value, returns, RTO, and other key KPIs
- Manage day-to-day order processing through Shiprocket and Unicommerce
- Coordinate shipping, dispatch, tracking, NDR follow-ups, returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Analyze customer behaviour, return reasons, and website performance to identify improvement opportunities




- Optimize product and collection pages for SEO and AI-based search visibility
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams including warehouse, customer service, content, design, and sales

Requirements

- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- Proven experience managing Shopify stores
- Solid understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization, UI/UX, and e-commerce growth
- Experience with product listing and content optimization
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with sales and customer data
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Shiprocket and Unicommerce
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently

Preferred Skills

- Experience with D2C fashion or apparel brands
- Understanding of customer psychology and online buying behaviour
- Knowledge of Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and SEO
- Experience with large product catalogues
- Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads performance metrics
