About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to manage day-to-day shipment coordination and ensure timely pickups and deliveries. The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating with courier/logistics partners, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and align shipments as per daily order requirements.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery.
- Regularly follow up with courier partners regarding pending pickups, delayed shipments, and delivery issues.
- Track shipment status and ensure orders are moving within the committed timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and courier partners to resolve shipment-related issues.
- Monitor RTO, NDR, delayed and undelivered shipments and take timely action.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update tracking/status information.
- Escalate recurring delivery or courier-related issues to the reporting manager.
- Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse,



operations, and courier partners.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly shipment and delivery status reports.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, E-commerce Operations, or Shipment Management.
- Experience working with courier/logistics partners is preferred.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and shipment tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with valuable ownership and time-management skills.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, or retail operations and exposure to platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, or other logistics/3PL systems will be preferred.
