About the Role:

We're looking for an E-Commerce Order Processing & Inventory Executive to join our online godown team. This is a desk-based role for someone with a genuine understanding of how e-commerce marketplaces operate, who can bring precision and consistency to order entry, inventory tracking, and stock accountability as we scale rapidly.

Responsibilities:

- Verify and process all incoming online orders across e-commerce platforms daily
- Accurately log and update order data into our internal Order Management System (OMS)
- Cross-check SKU, quantity, and dispatch details prior to warehouse handover
- Own daily stock accountability, reconcile inventory movement against system records
- Support VMS (Vendor Management System) video-based packing verification as required
- Identify and escalate order mismatches,



stock discrepancies, or system issues promptly
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready desk records as order volume scales

What We're Looking For

- Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms/marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar)
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and comfort with order management software
- Prior experience in e-commerce back-office, order processing, or inventory administration preferred
- High attention to detail with a track record of precise, error-free execution
- Openness to cross-functional desk tasks including stock accountability and VMS verification as the role evolves
