Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Draftsman Civil and Industrial role based in Pune. The Draftsman will prepare detailed civil and industrial engineering drawings, layouts, and plans for factory buildings, utilities, and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting architects’ and engineers’ sketches, creating and updating CAD drawings, coordinating with project and site teams, and maintaining accurate documentation of revisions.

The role involves supporting design reviews, checking measurements against on-site conditions, and assisting in the preparation of bills of quantities and construction details. The Draftsman will collaborate closely with civil engineers, project managers, and contractors to support timely, safe, and efficient execution of projects.

Qualifications





- Robust skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering Drafting to support planning and detailing of civil and industrial structures.
- Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Engineering Drawings for preparing accurate plans, sections, and elevation views.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (e.g., AutoCAD, similar tools) for creating and updating digital drawings.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical discipline from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety standards, and industrial infrastructure requirements.
- Attention to detail, strong spatial visualization, and ability to interpret and translate design concepts into clear drawings.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with engineers, project teams, and on-site personnel.
- Prior experience in industrial or FMCG plant projects is an advantage.
